The unforgiveable error announced last week by Governor Inslee has led to one death. This man should have been in prison until December 6 but was incorrectly released earlier. Because of this he was involved in a crash that killed his girlfriend November 11.
The State of Washington should be replacing entire chains of command in Department of Corrections immediately. They have failed in their principle duty..to protect the people.
